Spa Policy:
- Customers must be 18 or over to gain entry to the spa. (ID will be requested.)
- Only drinks that are bought on the premises are allowed.
- No drugs or alcohol are to be brought onto the premises.
- We have the right to refuse access to anyone we believe to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
- Customers are only permitted to wear a towel when using facilities.
- Customers must sit on their towels when using spa facilities.
- No photography or filming permitted.
- Refunds are not available having entered the premises.
- Any property left on premises is left at the owner’s risk. We accept no liability for any lost, stolen or damaged property.
- Anyone found to be harrassing customers or members of staff will be asked to leave without a refund.
- Please do not disturb others on departure of the club.
Q: Where can I park?
A: There are several bays outside the premises – parking here costs £2.10 hourly between 12pm and 2pm. There are also spaces available in the surrounding residential areas.
Q: Will I have to give my name and address?
A: No, that will not be necessary.
Q: Do you supply towels?
A: Yes, we can provide our guests with towels.
Q: Are there lockers for use on the premises?
A: Yes – we operate under a £10 deposit for the use of our lockers for the duration of your visit.
Q: New to the naturist scene/first time in a naturist environment?
A: Just let us know and we’ll be sure to get you settled in.
Naked Hands Spa is a unisex clothes-free spa and a proud member of British Naturism. We are located in North London and just a 3 minute stroll from picturesque Alexandra Palace. Our friendly spa is the perfect retreat for relaxation. Treat yourself to a Sauna, Aromatherapy Steam session, Hot Tub and our four-piece Gym Suite; better yet indulge in one of our many treatments, there’s plenty to choose from.
Buses W3 and 184 serve Palace Gates Road and nearby Wood Green Tube Station and Alexandra Palace Rail Station provide excellent links to Central London.

Terms & Conditions
By entering our premises or purchasing any of our services, you confirm that you understand and agree to all of the following terms and conditions (Terms). These Terms apply to all services that Naked Hands Spa Ltd (We, Us or our) provide to you.
If you do not accept these Terms, you must not enter our premises.
- Anyone displaying symptoms of Coronavirus (Covid 19) will not be allowed to enter our premises/asked to leave
- On entry you must consent to having your temperature taken and sanitise your hands
- All services to be paid for upfront
- On entry you must sign in with Test & Trace Consent Form
- On entry to our premises, all clothes are to be removed and you must have a shower with soap (head to toe) for longer than 20 seconds!
- No swimming costumes/bikinis/shorts/underwear etc. to be worn
- Regular showers are preferred, or use of hand sanitisers
- Asking for Sexual Services will result in your visit/massage being terminated without refund of any monies paid
- There will be a limit of 20 people on our premises at any time
- We cannot guarantee walk in appointments/entry without a pre booked booking
- Sauna/Steam room will be closed periodically for sanitising
- Sauna/Steam room/Hot tub may become “out of service” if we deem fit to do so
- Naked Corner Cafe will be in operation at specified times only
- There is a 15 minute time limit to all areas
- Respect Personal Space
- No magazines/newspapers to be brought in to our premises
- You remain responsible for all personal property and other valuable items you bring on to Our Premises and must remove these prior to leaving. We accept no liability for any losses.
- There are no refunds once you have entered our premises
- We have the right to refuse admission

Covid 19 Health & Safety Procedures & Control Measures
- Anyone displaying symptoms of Covid19/being in contact with anyone who has tested positive for Covid19 will not be granted entry/asked to leave.
- Please inform us if you have travelled within the last 14 days.
- Massages must be booked in advance and priority will be given to massage users. Walk in appointments cannot be guaranteed.
- Massage therapists will wear face masks/visors. Gloves will be worn where necessary throughout treatment. Air purifiers will be used in our treatment rooms.
- Treatment rooms will be sanitised between clients
- A limit of up to 20 people on site at any time (including staff) Couples count as one.
- On entry everybody will be subject to temperature check, track and trace form or NHS Covid19/ Contact Tracing App & hand sanitisation. Face coverings must be worn to enter the building, thereafter, remove all clothing and shower promptly for more than 20 seconds with soap
- Card/contactless payments are preferred although we do accept cash as we appreciate card payments may not always be possible.
- Showers to be taken regularly with soap and use of hand sanitizers in between a must.
- Surface wipes have also been provided for personal use to wipe chairs etc. although regular cleaning is being undertaken.
- All our magazines have been removed and we do not permit magazines/newspapers etc. to be brought in from outside.
- No food to be brought in from outside or consumed on our premises.
- Lockers/locker keys will be sanitised after every customer has departed the building
- Regular cleaning to be undertaken throughout the building, facilities may become “out of service” for cleaning if we deem fit to do so.
- All our main rooms have air purifiers.
- Face coverings to be worn in lounge area unless you are drinking water/tea etc.
- 1 refillable bottle of water allocated per customer once entered.
- 15 min time limit per facility.
- Respect Personal Space, heed instruction/direction by staff.
